In Canada, less than 1% of senior executives are Black. The Afrodescendant Leadership Alliance (ALA) was created to change this by empowering the Black community through corporate backing and mentorship. ALA aims to unite people, address historic inequalities, and inspire the next generation with a powerful, uplifting symbol of progress.
