The building located at number 17 Mercè Street was constructed in 1580. Situated in the heart of Barcelona, in the Gothic Quarter, it is a space rich in history that has hosted a wide variety of uses and lives over the centuries. Restored a few years ago by architect Ricardo Bofill, it has recently been put up for sale with the aim of creating a community of owners around an exclusive collection of nine premium apartments.
The brand is built around the idea of the passage of time, experienced and accumulated by the building itself, which gives it its singular character. The different historical layers are visible both in its structure and in the restoration, where original elements coexist with contemporary interventions. It is precisely this dialogue between past and present that shapes the essence of the brand.
