Hotel Origen is a boutique hotel located in a restored 16th-century colonial mansion in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The client approached us with an established logo but lacked a cohesive visual system and a solid brand voice.

Inspired by the property’s history, we developed a narrative where the house itself recounts its journey from raw matter to rebirth. This concept shaped the graphic universe through organic textures, earth tones, and a tropical palette. The typographic system balances this narrative with three distinct typefaces: the raw, irregular Francesco, the refined Schneidler Initials, and the clean Metric for editorial layouts.

We designed the entire visual experience across every touchpoint, including printed collateral, signage, uniforms, social media, and the website.
